The complex is built on a 4,580m2 land plot and consists of two independent curved multi-storey buildings with three underground levels including 240 parking spaces. The first building comprises a ground floor plus six further levels, covering a total area of 8,929m2 with 7,826m2 of independent underground areas. The project included the landscaping of the surrounding area with planting and irrigation, as well as the construction of a nursery school. This building will accommodate the Ministry of Press and Media. The second building consists of a ground floor and three further storeys, covering a total area of 2,020m2 as well as a 1,764m2 independent underground level which is part of the first building's basement.
